They didn't just want traditional bookkeeping, but a more actionable and in-depth financial understanding that included concrete analysis of trends and metrics on a month-by-month basis.
We began by cleaning up labelless' data and ensured a solid data discipline to build a strong foundation for both current and future needs.
We then carried out a comprehensive optimization of the company's structure with a focus on documentation, accurate data utilization, and optimization and standardization of workflows. labelless had already implemented project management tools prior to the collaboration, which were fine-tuned to meet their specific needs.

We optimized labelless' content production, which marked the start of a new approach to structuring their film production, from building creatives to uploading, editing and communicating with customers. Each process was thoroughly analysed before optimization.

The automation included the implementation and use of RPAs (Robotic Process Automations) between subscription management actions. For instance, implementing an automated booking system has significantly slashed the volume of email exchanges between specialists and clients.
We transformed the financial process of labelless media by not just sending extracts, but by processing and communicating their numbers. This approach enabled them to receive analyzed insights, empowering them to understand and actively utilize the data. Our objective was to establish effective and insightful Business Intelligence (BI).
Implementing proper bookkeeping and putting controls in place increased accuracy while structuring it in a way that allowed them to post analyzable data.
